We all get "stuck" from time to time. Using client centered counseling, I begin in"the here and now". Solution based therapy is also an integral part of the experience. The client guides while I serve as the agent in the helping process. I offer tools to get you "unstuck". Life is full of conflicts. Gaining the skills to manage conflict gives you confidence, empowerment, and liberation! You will enter an environment of acceptance, encouragement, as well as growth. Each individual has special gifts to offer in this life. I am here to offer you insight into your life journey.
This journey will give you a new perspective, a fresh start. I adapt my therapy to ages 10 and up. The medium may vary with the client's need and age. My specialties are: abuse, anger issues, anxiety,academic counseling, career issues, depression, divorce, family conflict, griel and loss, self-esteem, stress,and suicidal ideation. I am a cancer survivor.
I am a Texas Certified School Counselor. I have worked with children ages 5 to 20 for 40 plus years. I have been a Liscensed Professional Counselor for 40 plus years.
