I am currently one of 2700+ therapists worldwide trained in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, and hold a certificate in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. I am a Somatic EMDR practitioner and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-CCTP.
I utilize verbal therapy with various somatically focused methods to help clients get to know their own nervous system, triggers, and core beliefs, that are often driving their current difficulties. Integrating discussion with here and now experience helps people get to know their own system.
