It is my belief that for any therapeutic relationship to be successful, the personalities of both the client and the therapist must be a good fit. While it takes time for any relationship to gel or come together with mutual respect and trust, you can usually tell within the first meeting whether or not there will be a good fit. I believe we have the answers we are seeking deep within. I call it our soul knowledge. Others call it gut, instincts, or just a feeling. My job is to help guide you along the journey to finding those answers, to finding your genuine self. To finding your joy.
