I have been a practicing clinician for over 40 years. I love what I do! i believe that healthy relationships are the building blocks of healthy mental health. The relationship you have with yourself is the most important of all. Trauma can muck up the works terribly. I am a certified EMDR Practioner, and am trained in Flash Technique, CBT, The Neurobiology of Trauma, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I bring those skills, wisdom, intuition and compassion to my practice to help people achieve a healthy resolution of the traumatic events, and a loving acceptance of themselves.
