I am a licensed clinical psychologist, providing therapy to individual adults and couples. In addition to helping people overcome anxiety and depression, my specialties include grief, chronic illness, life transitions, and issues related to money, multiculturalism, and gays and lesbians.
Through a variety of therapeutic techniques, I help people gain greater insight, change their perspectives, and adopt new behaviors. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings, including mental health centers, hospitals, and university counseling centers. I also have taught psychotherapy techniques and provided supervision to clinical psychology doctoral students.
