I'm Dr. Jennifer Sheets and I am passionate about building a strong working relationship within session that allows for vulnerability and creates space for reflections that are bold and courageous. This will be a core component of our work together. I have years of experience working with clients living with chronic illness and pain, cancer, anxiety, depression and those navigating major life transitions, changes and loss.
My career has been dedicated to serving clients in a variety of settings such as Boston area hospitals, the VA, and schools-utilizing evidenced based practices, active listening and empathy to guide my approach. By working collaboratively, we work together to identify your concerns and set realistic goals and work to improve your quality of life.
