Bodhi: "Awakening" or "enlightenment" . Humans have an innate need for connection. We long to be acknowledged, accepted, and understood. Often, however, we move through life unsure of who we really are and how to form genuine connections with others. We shape-shift to fit the mold of others' expectations which can lead to feelings of fear, resentment, and anger. This disconnect can cause interpersonal conflict and impact our families, friendships, and careers. Sometimes it feels as if we stumble through life with no direction. What would it mean to have a sense of awakening to oneself? to be enlightened to the authentic you?
I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life to address a variety of life's challenges. Using a person-centered, holistic approach, I've helped survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional trauma, PTSD, individuals struggling with identity issues, anxiety, depression, marginalization, and career challenges.
My goal is to help empower each individual to live their best life. I treat all of my clients with compassion, empathy and respect, with a focus on his/her/their strengths. I believe that there are no "should"s, there are only opportunities; I am excited to partner with you on your growth journey.
