I provide services for couples, adolescents, families, and first responders. I have experience in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, addictions, and substance use. I can provide faith-based counseling at the client’s request. I've worked as an on-campus therapist in the public school system, served in community mental health with former foster care clients, and have experience providing intensive outpatient programs for substance use.
I have a background in general contracting and commercial construction, and in my free time, I do tree removal, home renovation, and mechanical work. I specialize in working with men who may be initially hesitant to therapy by coming from the perspective that you know you better than I do and supporting you to gain tools to try things differently.
