It is not easy to discuss our problems, our flaws, or the things that hurt us. However, you intuitively know the issues and feelings needing to be discussed. My goal is to help you initiate the change you want for yourself. I treat children, adolescents, college age students, and neurodivergent clients. I also have experience working with adults in a collaborative effort to help them with their different stages of life. I hope whatever phase you’re in we can find hope and meaning together.
