Book with me now by clicking on my website. - I have 10 years experience as a LMHC - with a MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of N Florida. The majority of my experience is dealing with women's issues and how voice is found in a paternalistic society. I use a family systems lens as we "bring" our family with us even as individuals. In my work with clients I create a space of openness and acceptance as to what is present in the client's life - whether it be depression, anxiety, grief or other challenges. I believe that clients have an innate ability to create healing for themselves, and I shepherd that process.
