Together we will work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth which will increase peace in life.
My work is based on understanding responses to stressors and triggers, nurturing the wounds of experienced or inherited trauma, addicted behaviors and rituals, and creating a healthier narrative for self-compassion and trust. As we explore your journey and allow a safe space to process, we will develop solutions, recognizing your strengths and capabilities.
