I am passionate in helping people who are not satisfied with their current life situation and have the desire for it to be different. I specialize in helping with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, eating concerns and learning to manage unwanted emotions.

The first step of reaching out is often the hardest but I am here to be an ally in the journey of healing.
