Treating BPD is my specialty, having 17 years experience reducing symptoms and improving the quality of life for my clients in both individual and group settings. I have taught the group using the BPD workbook for all of those years and have seen people make tremendous growth in understanding and controlling their emotions. Those conditions may lead a person into being less functional, non productive, or struggling in making decisions.
