I offer specialized therapy services that lend support, guidance, and direction for when life may have you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I have combined master's, doctoral, and post-doctoral training in counseling and psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adjustment related concerns, anxiety, OCD, ADHD coaching / treatment, relationship problems, grief & loss, depression, and family concerns. I have also worked across a range of settings with clients across the lifespan.
