I'm Anthony Leis, and let me tell you that you can do this and you will look back on this decision at some point in the future and be so glad that you had the courage to follow through with starting therapy. I listen to what issues are keeping you from living the life you want to live and we will work together to address those problems. I feel passionate about working with individuals who are seeking to: improve their overall mental health, better manage anxiety, alleviate depression, navigate relationships, family stress and trauma. I strive to provide a relaxing calm space to build trust and provide hope that life can be better.
One of my many specialties is understanding military culture and the challenges service members and their families experience day in and out. Many of theses problems are issues that civilian families face as well. We will work together to identify what your life goals are and what are the barriers hindering you from reaching those goals you want to achieve.
I am easy going and easy to talk too and down to earth. I will work hard to make sure you feel heard, validated, and supported by creating an empathic environment.
