I enjoy working with clients who are internally motivated for change. Clients who want to make changes, and are willing to put in the work are the best! I am client centered and solution focused. This allows the client to set their own goals and work at their pace. Often times when clients want to make life changes, or process trauma, they need guide rails and support. I am happy to provide these things.
I believe in tailoring treatment to fit the client's needs. Your treatment plan and goals will reflect this. I will provide support as you work through issues. I am certified in trauma interventions. Using cognitive behavioral therapy along with dialectical skills and mindfulness can result in quick symptom reduction while gaining insight.
