I am a person-centered therapist who likes to cater our interactions to your specific personal needs. I take a holistic creative approach to help you shake out those things that have not been serving you to move toward your greater authentic self. I provide art therapies including music, movement, poetry/writing, and the visual arts.
I am able to serve those with severe mental illness as well as those going through a hard time that may be heavily situational and temporary. I ask that clients be open to mind-body connection and or arts therapies as healing tools. I have a belief that these techniques work more effectively to getting to the root of the concern from an unconcious place.

Saturday Women's Group
Six consecutive week courses starting September 23rd. These gatherings are a celebratory and creative, safe space for exploration of your personal self through the body and mind. Facilitated by a licensed massage therapist and a licensed mental health therapist and arts facilitator. Together we will create art, share stories, learn how to get more in touch with our bodies through self-massage and our lives through the development of coping skills and resources.
