If you are looking for ways to stop the negative self talk, finally deal with issues from the past, are experiencing increased symptoms due to PTSD or anxiety, fear and irrational thinking or you are exploring Bariatric surgery or dealing with grief, we will work together to mend the darkness of the past and calm uncertainties of the future so that you can focus and live positively today.
I choose my therapeutic interventions on the needs of my clients. I offer a safe space where you can be yourself. I offer many different grounding and distressing techniques during sessions if things get too uncomfortable or too emotionally charged, such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) "tapping", S.T.O.P, and self-soothing using your 5 senses.
I work from a person - centered perspective and I appreciate and understand the difficult nature of being trusted with your story and I give you my word that as your copilot through your journey I will try my best to help you accomplish whatever goals you set for yourself.
