Hello! My name is Blue Stoehr and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Idaho providing treatment throughout both states via telehealth. I work with individuals and couples using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been licensed in the field of psychotherapy for 15 years. In this time, I have honed my craft while helping clients develop the necessary skills to improve their lives. My goal is to help clients identify where they can make meaningful changes allowing them to face their emotional distress, hardships and unexpected life events and develop solutions.
