As a counselor who believes that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" approach to providing effective counselling, I work to utilize all the tools in my clinical kit to curate a client centered approach that works best with each person individual situation, perception, and belief system.

A safe space for teens to make safe connections and to gain accurate, helpful, and secure education regarding mental health. Has your teenager has made a friendship(s) online that are concerning? Has Your child made decisions regarding their mental health with information found on Tic Tok that may not be helpful? Our teen peer support group might be able to help. This group will be lead by a Licensed Therapist who will guide the teens in the group to connect safely with each other, and will provide correct education regarding mental health and mental safely.
