No matter how strong we are, life sometimes has us facing difficult and uneasy paths that may often include depression, anxiety and painful choices. Through years of my practice I have provided clients with new set of skills and approaches to deal with their presenting problems such as low self-esteem, loss, addiction, relationship problems and traumatic experiences.
My training and experience has helped me build an integrative approach ranging from psychodynamically oriented methods and existential/humanistic approaches to brief and empirically validated therapies. My intervention will be tailored to provide expert advice for your unique presenting problems while allowing you to have an active role in treatment.
Unique qualities of my intervention that have resulted in lasting and fulfilling therapeutic relationships, derived from many years working with a variety of clients, include that of being a good listener and having a good understanding for a person's struggle with a presenting problem.
