I want to help you attend to yourself, process and move forward from that which no longer serves or nourishes you. You don’t want to feel as though you’re simply going through the motions, but that you can find meaning and enjoyment in your existence. I am passionate about helping others become the version of themselves they feel proud to show off and show up for. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming and racial-justice oriented therapist.
