I work with individuals (adolescents and adult). I am experienced in working with a broad range of clients. I have spent the last 4 years heavily focusing on helping those with TRAUMATIC STRESS related to family of origin as well as the disease of ADDICTION. In our time together I want to help you work through challenges. Whether it be depression, anxiety, relationships, or even career counseling. I want to help you recover your life!
Meeting you where you are at helps me to determine a best course of action for helping. However, I find that creativity often turns to healing! I most often use Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DaRTT) and Experiential Therapy. These both work to address many problems.
