Often these behaviors have been used for long periods of time and can feel very difficult to stop.
There is hope to feel more in control of your life, and I am here to help. I am trained in and specialize in treating OCD and other anxiety related disorders using Exposure & Response Prevention. I am also passionate about helping children and adults dealing with Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors using the Comprehensive Behavioral Model for BFRBs.
Therapy can be a vulnerable, yet valuable process. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all clients. I have completed training in TF-CBT and approach treatment through a trauma-informed lens. I offer cash pay rates, sliding scale options, and accept several insurance plans.
