I work with adult individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and life transitions, as well as those seeking to live with more vitality and connection. Also, I work with couples looking to strengthen their emotional bond, partnership, and intimacy.
My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and integrative. Psychodynamic therapy is a well-researched approach that focuses on recurring patterns of relating to the self and others (including the therapeutic relationship), expressing emotion, exploring defensive patterns, and discussing past experiences that impact present experiences.
