Hello! Reaching out can be hard. I am glad that you have decided to take the first step in improving the quality of your life. Therapy does not mean you are broken. Rather, it suggests that you have encountered one of life’s challenges and would like some help with clarification of the problem, understanding what is needed, and learning some new skills to help you handle it. Everyone has a unique story and one-size treatment does not fit all. When you come to therapy, I will listen to you, collaborate with you, challenge you and support you in reaching your goals.
I offer creative therapies such as Play, Art and Sand Tray therapies as well as Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered and faith-based therapies. I am also certified in Grief Therapy and work with grief and loss, trauma, and aging. I provide services in the areas of anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, PTSD, aging, life transitions and self-growth.
I take a holistic approach to therapy because it is impossible to separate the body, mind and spirituality from each other. I therefore combine therapies that address cognitive and logical approaches as well as creative and emotional approaches. If you are interested, please give me a call.
