We believe people can change and have it within them. At Blair Marriage and Family Therapy we offer therapy services for adults, couples, children. We start with a phone call screening, initial assessment/treatment plan, then ongoing therapy sessions. The time is NOW to start your healing journey today. We provide services online via telehealth, and/or in person to anyone located in the state of California.
We have several specialities: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) which is evidenced based speciality therapy to help with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. We also specialize in Hypnotherapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
We have a group of diverse EMDR Therapists. All of our therapists come from various cultural diversities. We have been providing services for over 20 years. We have Spanish and Punjabi speaking therapists. Evening appointments are available.
