Life is full of change, sometimes self-imposed and sometimes out of our control. During times of reflection and transition we find ourselves struggling to make sense of our lives and the world around us. My interests are in working with clients using a psychotherapeutic approach. I enjoy working with adults of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.
I strive for intercultural competency and have an awareness of intersectionality and how this can complicate feelings of relatedness and belonging, affecting wellness. I have experience working with clients around issues of grief and loss, work related stress, family conflict, career changes, prioritizing life goals and shifts in relationships.
