My goal for clients I work with is to help them recognize their own natural strengths and abilities on their path to healing, transformation, and growth.
My goal is to offer a transformative counseling experience through the use of positive strength based strategies. My person centered approach allows you to focus and further explore those issues that prevent you from being your best self. I specialize in working with teens and pre-teens, providing a safe space where they will be heard and supported.
I am passionate about helping people. My hope for clients I work with is to instill hope and to help you recognize your own natural strength and abilities.
