I love working with queer and neurodivergent adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, self esteem issues, depression and trauma. I have a special interest in working with high achieving folx who have perfectionistic tendencies.

I believe that at the core of every person, there is a wise Self that drives us towards health and healing. But that can get interrupted, and we can feel separated from ourselves by trauma, depression, anxiety, injustice etc. I help my clients connect with themselves so they can live in their authentic Self comfortably, and approach life successfully.
