Our providers have a special passion for working with people in the LGBTQ+ community. We specialize in helping people navigate the challenges of understanding the intersections of their identity, relationships, and the larger world. For youth (and adults too!), we can offer specialized creative approaches that support healing and identity exploration when talking is too hard.

I have a dedication to collaborating with driven individuals eager to embark on a sincere journey of self-discovery. My goal is to empower them to lead more authentic lives free from shame. I specialize in assisting clients dealing with issues such as childhood trauma, I support clients in cultivating self-awareness and overcoming obstacles that hinder them from authentically embracing their lives without shame, acknowledging and honoring all dimensions of their identity and aspirations. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, sex-positive, body-neutral, anti-racist, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous experiences.

I am supervised by Rhys Pasimio. I use a mixture of person-centered theory and cognitive-behavioral theory. What this means is we will look at patterns in your thinking, behavior, and feelings that can lead to stress or frustration and work to break those cycles. This also means that you are the expert in yourself.

Life can get overwhelming at times. Often, stressful events, deep feelings of woundedness, feeling cut off from joy, and simply not feeling good about yourself or your relationship(s) get to the point where you know it is time to face these difficulties. As challenging as these things are, they can be the catalyst for change. I am available to help you with anxiety, sadness, grief, loss, and relationship issues and to experience life's challenges in ways that promote healing and wholeness and connect with what you truly want, need, and already have in your heart.

The therapeutic experience should encourage one to live a more satisfying and meaningful life. Everyone has a unique journey through this world and the sum of the experiences along the way (good or bad) make us as individual. Sometimes we get lost, hit bumps, or even get overcome with a tidal wave of things that we need help getting back on our path or creating a new one.

I am an experienced Therapist. I offer counseling to couples, families and individuals. Most couples that I work with have strengths and struggles. I assist them in tuning-up their communication and problem solving skills. Individuals are often seeking therapy to better understand and treat their symptoms; such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, past unresolved issues. Causes are many; including relationship conflict, parenting, aging, illness, jobs and other life stressors. I have experience working with gay/lesbian individuals.

I love working with queer and neurodivergent adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, self esteem issues, depression and trauma. I have a special interest in working with high achieving folx who have perfectionistic tendencies.
