My mission is “A Hope and a Future for all”. Currently taking new clients. I have successfully worked with adults and adolescents struggling with depression and anxiety but also a number of other diagnosis such as, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Neurocognitive Disorder, Neurodevelopmental Disorder, Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia Spectrum, Bipolar, & other Psychiatric Disorders including individuals that have experienced trauma. Addressed issues related to hoarding environments. I meet people where they are in all walks of life with no judgement to grow on current strength and finding new strengths and coping skills.
I work with clients from 13 to over 100 years of age, through life’s circumstances, both in the community, healthcare facilities & people that were on hospice. I work with individuals as they experience life difficulties that they thought they would never be facing. I am also a certified Tai Chi instructor & practice Therapeutic Horticulture.
