I offer psychotherapy online (to PA residents) for children and adults struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression and trauma as well as parenting and behavior issues. I use a variety of interventions including: Cognitive behavioral therapy, mind/body/spirit holistic approach, mindfulness, and alternative approaches to trauma.
