I bring 30 years of licensed experience in psychotherapy, an investment in your personal wellbeing, and a series of evidenced-based, holistic tools to our work together. I am a proponent in the effectiveness of using neurofeedback/neurostimulation in combination with talk therapy to help you meet your goals faster and more effectively. My clinic is experienced in using neurostimulation technologies—such as tDCS, tACS, photobiomodulation, and pEMF—alongside traditional neurofeedback to help lead you to an optimized life of good-quality sleep, reduced stress, and an improved ability to focus, concentrate, and meet goals.
The effectiveness of neurofeedback lies in your brain’s ability to learn new, more-healthful patterns which, when combined with targeted practices, may translate to profound improvements in quality-of-life. I work one-on-one to clearly define goals and design a tailored treatment protocol to help you realize your full potential with a fully-optimized brain.
I work intensively with patients and am personally invested in their success. I actively encourage open communication to better assist them and adjust what needs adjusting. I help clients define what their goals for treatment area and then work steadfastly toward those goals, using objective measurements (QEEG brain scan) to quantify subjective shifts.
