I work with adolescents (low self esteem, identity, anxiety), couples (pre-marital, communication, infidelity, conflict), and BIPOC individuals.
I utilize multiple modalities and use an individual approach to each client tailored to their specific needs. I am a Certified Grief Educator and am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy through ICEEFT.
