Hello! My name is Bianca Valdez, I have experience working with adolescents and adults as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Typically, I've navigated areas surrounding anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and family conflict. Together we can learn appropriate coping mechanisms, and various methods in hopes to assist your well-being.
As a Licensed Professional, I really enjoy working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused therapy. Since these theories tend to be more cerebral and situational, I also like to incorporate mindfulness, and take a closer look into the bodily responses that play a huge role in how we interact with others.
