As a therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe space for men and fathers to share their deepest concerns without judgment or pressure. I support men and fathers in confronting their anxieties and encourage them to explore their ideas and beliefs about manhood, masculinity, and fatherhood.
I am a solution focused and CBT therapist. I use new and innovative interventions to help you gain insight of your own problems while guiding you through the process of healing and change.
