I utilize a play-based approach to assist children in understanding and navigating their emotions. I utilize a mindfulness-based approach and explore the ways in which emotions and thoughts impact behaviors with adults to assist in navigating, trauma, depression, anxiety, dating, self-esteem and self-love, spirituality and more.
