Dr. Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing culturally competent therapy to adolescents and adults through individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She has worked in behavioral health, outpatient mental health, psychiatric services, and crisis. Dr. Clark specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Dr. Clark has a doctorate in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior and a Bachelor's and Master's in social work.
Dr. Clark helps her clients learn and develop skills to manage stressors and overcome the barriers standing in the way of their life goals. Her approach is highly integrative, combining strength-based, person-centered approaches while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
