I have experience working with adolescence and young adults to address such issues as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and problems with self-esteem. My specialty areas are stress management, mood disorders, and life transitions.
While mostly using a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, I believe in utilizing additional theoretical orientations to best suit each individual client.
