My practice is rooted in building trusting relationships with clients and intersecting spirituality with evidence based psychology. Let my 20+ years experience as a licensed counselor and Spiritual Director empower you with clearer perspective, concrete tools to make change and skills to sustain stronger relationships. If you struggle with anxiety, grief, loss or transition, suffer the estrangement of an adult child or experience the life-long effects of past abuse, I can help you. Together we will target issues, learn coping skills and create an action plan that will lead to greater confidence and deeper peace..

I weave psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches with spiritual practices that can set people free from the emotional chains of the past. Together, we will step back to see the problem's context, explore patterns that no longer support success and learn skills that change behaviors for more satisfying relationships and a stronger self.

Please note that I have relocated to Massachusetts and am only able to offer therapy via telehealth to KY residents at this time. While video therapy isn't for everyone, it's easier than one might expect and offers excellent outcomes for our problems. I offer a free brief phone consult prior to our first session to ensure we are a good fit for one another.
