I specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy; including issues such as depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, codependency and boundaries, pre-marital/Prepare-Enrich®, marital/relationship issues, spiritual direction, and issues of faith. I also offer Support Groups for boundaries, depression and anxiety, and Lose it For Life
My counseling combines cognitive behavioral and family systems therapy, with a significant focus on the client's spiritual life. While respectful of differences, I embrace a Christian worldview. My firm belief is that faith, and one's concept of God, has a tremendous impact on our lives.
