Hello. Thank you for checking in. My name is Beverly Benjamin-Bubb. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I know life can bring on challenges. I am trained in various techniques to help you reach your goals, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational Interviewing, solution focused therapy and mindfulness. We will tackle the challenges of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transition, stress, burnout and restore general wellbeing.
A little about me: I was born and raised in New Jersey and relocated to the Houston Area in 2019. I have been enjoying all of the good things the area has to offer. When I’m not working, I enjoy visiting art galleries, museums and concerts. I also love the outdoors, traveling and hanging out with friends and family.
