I specialize in trauma therapy using EMDR, CBT, and IFS and feel grateful to work with trauma survivors. I would be honored to help you feel safe, seen, and supported while on your journey to recovery.

I provide a warm, non-judgmental presence infused with compassion, curiosity, and openness. I believe in working together at your pace and providing therapy techniques that are useful and will help you feel better.
