Dealing with the stresses of the last few years, have brought serious issues with depression, loneliness, and anxiety for many people. I enjoy and want to work with those who want change in their lives . Relationship conflicts, loss and grief, co-dependency, mood disorders, and depression and anxiety, are all reasons life can feel overwhelming . There are solutions and talking to a professional can help resolve these issues and bring about the change you desire.
I work with individuals and couples. Using a blend of modalities, I customize a therapeutic approach to meet each individual's need. Personal empowerment, relief from grief and guilt, breaking free from co-dependency, and learning to deal with depression and anxiety will allow you to live the life you want and will be the focus of our work together.
My goal is to make clients feel respected, heard, and responded to. In today's world, with so much uncertainty, I work in a empathetic and caring way to create safety in our sessions together. I am interactive with my clients and work in a direct manner, trying to be sensitive to how each person creates change in their life.
