As a psychotherapist for more than 30 years, I have seen how people get in their own way and prevent themselves from living the lives they want. I specialize in working on the issues and conflicts between adult children and their parents. I also work with individuals who have trouble in relationships with partners, children, friends, bosses. I focus on helping people to become more comfortable with themselves and with their own thoughts and feelings and with the way others feel about them. I have a special interest in working with parenting, couple and workplace issues.
Discomfort with feelings may be about your own feelings or about how hard it is to tolerate some of the feelings others have towards you. I specialize in working on the issues between adult children and their parents. I also work with individuals and couples to develop a relationship in a safe place where difficulties in living can be addressed.
For people who travel frequently, I have extensive experience working on the phone and on video. I am Institute trained, teach and supervise therapists.
