I am compassionate, I use a strength-based approach aims at helping individuals build confidence, self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills. I have helped clients navigate through life’s challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, loss/grief, trauma, illness, and life transitions.
During my professional career, I have gained experience in the child welfare and mental health field. This experience has allowed me to provide evidence-based child, individual, group, and family interventions in a child welfare setting as well in an inpatient and/or outpatient mental health setting. I am licensed in Missouri as well as Illinois.
