Hi, I’m Dr. Sukriti Gupta. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, individuals and couples, offering a relational approach to empower people to play an active role in their healing process by utilizing their strengths and resources to thrive. I approach therapy through an attachment and systemic lens, helping clients gain new insights by exploring the ways that past experiences influence their current lives, relationships and family dynamics.
