My ideal client is a person who is having a hard time processing or coping with a trauma or a person who has had a few difficulties in their life that has made it hard for them to continue with life how they know it. They want to be able to get back to normal life, but they can't figure it out on their own and they need support and guidance from another. Their goal would be to get back to life as they know it and continue with reaching their personal goals.
I have over 8 years in trauma focused treatment and cognitive behavioral intervention. I offer treatment that supports clients in changing their thought processes while addressing behaviors that are affecting their lives in negative ways.
