Starting on May 1, 2023, I will be open to accepting new clients. I offer both in-person and online sessions as options for my clients. My approach is centered around empowering clients through acceptance and change. With over 20 years of clinical work experience, a Master's degree in social work focused on family therapy, and post-graduate education in psychotherapy at CPPNJ, as well as the practice of mindfulness principles, I have developed a diverse set of tools to assist individuals struggling with life's challenges.
In our sessions together, you will learn valuable techniques to regulate your emotions, gain insight into the root causes of your presenting issues, and develop a greater sense of clarity and possibility to inspire personal growth and inner strength. My goal is for you to feel stronger, more stable, and authentic as a result of our work together.
